The Instructional Process Of International Class Program Of Teacher Training And Education Faculty Of IAIN Samarinda

Thesis, Teacher Training and Tarbiyah Faculty State Islamic Institute of Samarinda. This research was under guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. Zurqoni, M.Ag and Siti Julaiha, M.Pd.
The background of this research is to analyze the learning process in the International class of IAIN Samarinda. As we know, in the learning process there are several components, including planning, implementation and assessment. In the conduct of learning also there are a variety of strategies and methods used by the lecturers in teaching. Especially in learning of International class. In addition to the educators required professional and teaching with good and true, learners are also expected to master a wide variety of courses that have been set by the manager.
Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach where source of data is taken based on 5 lecturers of International class and 5 International class students of 2017 IAIN Samarinda. Researchers using the instrument of the interview, the data of his results in the form of answers to the interview that has been done. For data analyze technique, the researcher use collecting the data, reduction the data, presentation the data and conclusion. The purpose of this study is to investigate the learning process in International class Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teacher training IAIN Samarinda.
The results of the data shows that lecturers make the syllabus and lesson plan before the learning process begins. Then there are several strategies and teaching methods used by lecturers in the learning process so that learning is more active and easy to understand. And the last lecturer will also conduct an evaluation to measure the extent to which the level of understanding of the material students of International class. In addition, there are some obstacles that are perceived by lecturers and students of related learning in International class. There are several differences abput learning process between International class and regular class, among them there are language of media who use in International class like Arabic and English, then the critical bethink strategy who use by lecturers, and the lecturers can use variations of strategy and method. The biggest obstacle is the issue of the language used, because in the process of learning in the International class, the lecturer is obliged to use the language of instruction i.e. English or Arabic. Therefore, many of the students whose background are not of a special class feel difficulty. In addition to the constraints faced, the students also have their own way to confront difficulties in learning. Them to learn or discuss with friends, ask questions to the lecturer directly and self-taught.
